"Rugged antennas - will stand up forever. The commercial guys know their antenna is more important than their radio. Morad is very receptive and cooperative.  Customers appreciate the way an antenna problem is solved. I don't know any dealer who doesn't have a good relationship with them."                   -Tampa, FL

"Best all-around antenna. The 10 dB is great for Alaska.  Alaskans live by radio; they even grocery shop by radio. Their lives depend on radio. The pros up here need Morad - it's a good heavy-duty reliable antenna."                                                                                                                        -Bristol Bay, AK

"Great antennas. I move them whenever I can.  For SSB, we use strictly Morad. And the 6 dB 156 HD is far above the competition on physical strength. Morad is the only antenna that can take punishment."   -Portland, ME

Every winter, when the Pacific Ocean boils over the Columbia River Bar, the US Coast Guard opens its three-week surf-training schools at Cape Disappointment, a.k.a. "The Graveyard of the Pacific." The best coxswains in the country hone their skills in 44' steel lifeboats facing one of the most notorious combinations of storms, breakers, currents, and shifting sandbars anywhere. The famous "44's" can roll a full 360 degrees, mere inches from the shallow bottom, and bounce back up.  And they do!

The VHF marine antennas selected by the Coast Guard to absorb this grueling punishment are Morad 156 HDs - reliability you can bet your life on.
